Dr. Erkki Ruoslahti, Distinguished Professor at the Center for Nanomedicine with the Sanford-Burnham Institute for Medical Research at UCSB, will discuss his research on the use of targeted nanoparticles in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Ruoslahti will speak at the Tannahill Auditorium, at the Schott Center, 310 W. Padre Street, Santa Barbara on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30?p.m.
The event is free and simultaneous translation into Spanish will be?available.
This lecture qualifies for 2 continuing education credit hours for RNs and LVNs. There is no fee for this course. Certificates will be mailed to participants after submitting class evaluation and upon completion of the?course.
