MediFit Corporate Services Inc. is currently hiring for a Health Promotion National Account Manager to work at our clients' fitness facilities nationwide. Primary Responsibilities: Proactively deploy dynamic strategies to support a cohesive, multidisciplinary health promotion team within numerous client locations throughout the US. Oversee the professional development of health promotion professionals (wellness managers, vendor operations coordinators, onsite wellness coaches, etc.) assigned to client locations. Serve as the link between onsite health promotion professionals supporting client sites and MediFit corporate representatives. Develop innovative client-centric initiatives to build and maintain superior client relationships. Oversee the strategic development, promotion, delivery and evaluation of innovative yet scalable wellness initiatives that measurably contribute to client objectives both in the US and abroad. Guide collaboration, establish performance standards and implement continuous improvement processes for cross-referral and integration strategies among employee health management providers. Successfully negotiate and manage service agreements with Fortune 500 clients in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Implement systems and guide the analysis and reporting of key performance indicators to assure the successful fulfillment of contractual deliverables within client sites. Proactively leads with an entrepreneurial mindset, the expansion of health promotion revenue by developing and overseeing the implementation of new health promotion products and services. Develop financial models to support the sale and growth of health promotion services. Duties as assigned.

Requirements

BS/BA in health promotion, public health or health-related field. Advanced degree preferred. Certified Lifestyle Coach or Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred. 3-5 years directly managing a large team within multiple locations. 5 years managing comprehensive employee wellness services. Strong technology skills, including use of social media within the corporate environment. Strong proficiency using Microsoft software. Demonstrated industry leadership and current involvement with health and wellness organizations. Must be able and willing to travel extensively within assigned areas.
